Morning Symphony

The ocean waves gently lap onto the shore. The morning fog gives way to the sun and at this moment, I can see the yin and the yang between the grey clouds and blue clouds. The duality of life—cup half empty or half full? Our choice. So vivid, right in front of me.

To the left, the grey clouds and to the right, sun and blue skies, illuminating the topaz blue ocean. In the distance, I see an occasional spout of water from a passing whale.

Birds—a lot of them, some along the shore while an entire flock passes by overhead. The morning is like a beautiful symphony, each element: clouds, sun, ocean, wildlife, the river, all playing a different instrument and together creating a one of a kind composition. No two mornings are alike. The composition changes daily.

So that begs the question, what can we create today when nature gently forms one of a kind masterpieces so effortlessly? Inspiration abounds when we simply enter into nature's realm.
